Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit Impacting Crystal Lake

On Monday, January 25, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. the Burnsville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider an application for Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow excavation and filling within the floodplains of Crystal, North and South Crystal Lakes.  The City has been developing plans for storm water improvements which include replacing the existing Outlet structure on Crystal Lake with a larger Outlet Structure.  The work will take place within Crystal Lake West Park.  The public hearing notice is attached.

The Planning Commission public hearing will be a virtual meeting.  The instructions to participate in the meeting are:

If you wish to speak at the meeting, you will need to contact the City Clerk at least one hour prior to the meeting so you can be put onto the agenda.  Email [email protected] OR call 952-895-4490.
 
If you wish to listen only, you can call into the meeting  by calling 651-372-8299.
 
The final way is to use Zoom via this link: https://zoom.us/join – on the day of the meeting you will use Webinar ID: 955 3015 4700. It will work on any smart device with internet – cell phone, tablet, computer.
That meeting ID is unique to Planning Commission on 1/25 so if you wish to participate in future meetings you’ll have to reach back out.
